Majority of properties are located in Hoboken, but must be able to travel to Union City and Fort Lee as well.

Must have a valid Drivers License

- 2 years recent experience, reliable for residential / commercial work and able to work independently.

- General knowledge of electric & plumbing

- Must know how to paint and plaster

-Light carpentry

-Ability to work under pressure
