Position: Day and Night Porter

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Day and Night Porters to join our team at Leonard's Palazzo. The Day and Night Porters will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue during both daytime and nighttime hours. These positions require attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of Leonard's Palazzo.
Responsibilities:

1. Porter:
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all event spaces during nighttime hours.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to address any issues promptly.
• Set up and break down event spaces according to specific guidelines and timelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
2. General Responsibilities (Both Positions):
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition between day and night operations.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
2. Ability to work independently and efficiently during both daytime and nighttime hours.
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules based on event needs.
6. Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
