Reporting to Building Superintendent, responsible for cleaning, recycling, and refuse collection throughout the entire building and grounds. Also, you will be in the front at times to check people in, answering phone calls and questions. The position duties include, but are not limited to, collection and removal of building trash and recycling, operation of the building contractor.

Applicant must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
- Highschool diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Applicants selected for this position are required to undergo a background check

$20.55 - $25.00 per hour
